How to create a selfcare schedule that actually works?

There are so many people that know about selfcare, but still forgot about it because it is not planned in their schedule. Creating a planning for selfcare, helps making it a habit.

Planning selfcare helps making it a habit. You going to do it faster because you made time for it. When you know when and how to do your selfcare, it is very simple. Selfcare is a very important part of your daily life. Because when you do not grab those selfcare moments, you can get a lot of stress, less focus and less energy. So the goal is to make this a habit.

Selfcare can be anything, it can be washing your face every evening but also taking a 30 minute walk every day, it all belongs to selfcare. Selfcare moments are for example: doing your skincare every day, take those 8k steps every day, meditate for 5 minutes when you wake up every day, read 10 pages every day or journal every day. Take those moments that you actually want in you daily schedule, for me is it that I do my skincare every evening and that I go for a walk every single day. I made this a habit and I make sure I have time for that every day.

Begin with 2 moments every day, check when it comes the best for you. For example, do every morning your skincare from now on and read every night 10 pages. When you do this for a couple weeks it will get a habit. Make sure you got time for this. Every few weeks you can plan another moment in you schedule, so after a few months you have a lot of selfcare moments in your daily life.

It is so easy to begin, just start now. Selfcare is important, it gives you less stress, more focus and more energy. Make sure you do not forget it, and begin today!
