But they think wrong, selfcare does not have to take long. You can have a selfcare moment in 5 minutes if you want, and everyone have 5 minutes in their day free right? Quick selfcare moments can recharge your mind and body in a busy day.
At first you can start with a short meditation when you wake up, do not grab your phone, just meditate, you can see how much better you start your day.
At work you can take a break to recharge, just go for a walk, take care of your breathing. This gives you more focus trough out the day.
At lunch you can just grab that moment for yourself, do not go trough your phone, just sit and think, or go for a walk and eat lunch with music you like.
At night it is very good to just end the day with 10 minutes of reading, a warm shower or skincare. It helps to get less stress and sleep better.
For a good weekend recharge, you can plan a or more selfcare moment(s) in. You can plan a long walk, do a hobby you like, take a bath or do yoga. Just do something that gives you relaxation. Those little moments make such a big difference in your life. Just begin with one moment a day, like in the morning a meditation or in the evening reading a book. It is so simple and you will notice a big difference in your life. And there is no excuse that you do not have time, because the littlest things take 2 to 5 minutes, everyone have that time for something in a day right?
